Optimize is designed for legitimate business operations including order management, inventory tracking, production planning, financial reporting, and related enterprise resource planning activities. You agree to use the Service only for its intended business purposes.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Store, transmit, or process any data that you do not have the right to use

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

• Resell, sublicence, or redistribute the Service without written authorisation

3. Data and Content

5. AI Features

Optimize includes AI-powered features for business operations. When using these features, you agree to:

• Review AI-generated outputs before acting on them for critical business decisions
• Not use the AI features to generate content that violates this policy
• Not attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the underlying AI models
• Understand that AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is and should be verified for accuracy

6. Resource Usage

Your use of the Service is subject to reasonable usage limits. We may throttle or restrict access if your usage materially exceeds typical patterns or places undue strain on our infrastructure. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before imposing any restrictions.

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action in response to violations of this policy, including:

• Issuing a warning
• Temporarily suspending your access to the Service
• Permanently terminating your account
• Reporting violations to law enforcement authorities where required
